2. Shipping Policy

2.1 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed and delivered within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • In case of high order volumes, shipments may be delayed. Please allow extra transit time.
  • If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email or phone.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to location, carrier availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

3.1 Domestic Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days

3.2 International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not ship outside of www.rustura.com.
  • We are working on expanding our shipping destinations.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Tracking will be activated within 24 hours.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Rustura is not responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, or taxes imposed on your order.
  • All fees imposed during or after shipping (customs, taxes, etc.) are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Damages & Lost Shipments

  • Rustura is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
  • If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. International Shipping Policy

  • Currently, we only ship within the locations served by www.rustura.com.
  • We are working on expanding our shipping regions soon.

8. Incorrect Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact you for reshipment.
  • Reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
